What's involved?
 
Before we begin?

Before we even begin our journey together you will have a free consultation to discuss your goals, current training and any specific needs you may require. You will receive a food diary to fill out over a four days to help tailor your nutritional plan to your specific needs.

During the first session?

We will go through a range of fitness/strength/postural tests to ascertain exactly where you are currently. The results of this will then help build your personalised programme and give reference when retesting at different points during your journey to check on your progress.
